INSPIRATION: After coming back from the raid, the Jarl calls everyone to the Meadhall. Upon entering those great rune-etched doors, you are taken away by the scent of the ancient oak that surrounds you and your fellow warriors. You walk past your brothers and sisters as they tell stories of how Thor was with them during the raid. As you head to the table to fill your alehorn with barrel-aged honey mead, you look around and smell notes of black pepper from the feast and smoldering embers from the hearth. You raise a toast with everyone in the hall and thank Thor for a successful journey across the seas. Skål!

Bought this blind - no regrets

So I sampled 8 scents last year, but Meadhall wasn't one of them. After reading the scent profile and some reviews, I figured it was a safe buy. I purchased a full-size, and it didn't disappoint.

I'm not going to lie, I was nervous when I cracked the bottle and smelled it - the mead came through VERY strong. But it is blended masterfully, and after applying and brushing my beard out, the scent left behind was exactly what I wanted. A hint of smoky scotch and mead, warm vanilla, and a heady top of honey. Lasts all day but isn't overpowering, VBC has earned another customer for life in me.

Smooth, soothing, and even romantically intoxicating

This is the second bottle of Meadhall beard oil that I have bought for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! It makes his facial hair so soft and at the end of a long hard day one of my favorite things to do is bury myself into his beard and breathe him in. The sweet smoked honey flavors of this amazing oil just makes the stresses of the day just wash away in one deep inhale. There have been days that I have been so relaxed just laying on him and breathing in his scent that I just fall asleep peacefully, and I struggle with chronic insomnia. The scents mix so well with his body’s natural fragrances and it smells amazing!! 10 stars
