SCENT: A base of incense, aged wood, graced with notes of smoke, patchouli, wine, and rose
GENRE: Incense, floral, dark
INSPIRATION: Inspired by the ceremonies in Uppsala called Dísablót (sacrifice to the Disir, or female spirits), these sacrifices were made in the honor of the Valkyries during the darkest and longest of nights. Attempting to captivate such a dark and mystical moment in Viking traditional history, I wanted to create a blend that was special and that was more of a way to honor the women and shieldmaidens in Viking culture. With darker aromas of incense, patchouli, graced with notes of smoke, wine and rose, all blended with a base of aged wood, I'm not sure what else I could have put into this blend to captivate that moment of sacrifice, that moment of pure devotion to the Valkyries and goddess. This blend includes skin-safe and hair-safe fragrance oils
